    5. AI-Generated Content

    Recommendations, thumbnails, and content ideas generated by our AI tools are provided as suggestions. You retain full ownership of content you create using our tools. We do not guarantee specific results from implementing our recommendations.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. YouTube growth metrics are projections based on AI analysis and are not guarantees of actual performance.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Resonance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, channel performance changes, or data loss.

    8. Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

    9. Modifications to Terms
